In der Praxis heißt das:

Du hast eine Website, die interessant für eine breite Zielgruppe ist, damit dann auch wirklich ein Gewinn damit erzielt werden kann. Dafür sollte jemand die Meta-Tags beziehungsweise Keywords dementsprechend generiert haben, damit sie in Suchmaschinen schnell weit hoch rutscht, also oft gefunden wird. Dafür gibt es Spezialisten, aber auch frei zugängliche Statistiken, bei Google zum Beispiel, die man nutzen kann.

The fact of the matter is that mobile marketing – despite all it’s continued hype and promise has been severely under utilized by marketers of all shapes and sizes.

And the word “continued” is absolutely the operative word in the sentence above.

Last week in a piece for Digiday, Brian Morrissey wrote of the Ad Industry Lies and at the top of his list was mobile: 

“1. It’s the Year of Mobile (for the fourth year in a row)
Everyone talks about the power of mobile and how it will change advertising. But the truth is, no one has figured it out yet. Mobile advertising is like going back to the internet 1995, except on a much smaller screen.”

Did you catch the “fourth year in a row” reference? Think about it. How many times have we all heard that this year is the year of mobile?

About a month ago I wrote a piece entitled Mobile Marketing Too Large For Brands To Ignore which featured a very telling quote from  Mark Donovan, comScore SVP of mobile: ““With nearly 86 million Americans now shopping on their smartphones, this pronounced shift in consumer behavior is simply too large for retailers to ignore, with the future of their business depending on how well they adapt to the new environment.”

According to eMarketer:

• Time spent using mobile devices for activities such as internet and app use, gaming, music and others has more than doubled in the past two years.
• This year, the amount of time US consumers spent using mobile devices—excluding talk time—will grow 51.9% to an average 82 minutes per day, up from just 34 minutes in 2010

So we know consumers are more and more turning to their mobile phones to do well, pretty much everything but first and foremost they are using it to spend money, to buy your products, services and wares.

Then how do you explain that, according to the Chief Marketing Council, a mere 16% of companies have a mobile marketing strategy to establish and foster customer engagement which theoretically leads directly to more sales?

Or, also according to eMarketer, that less than 2% of all U.S. marketing spending, or just $2.6 billion, to go toward mobile advertising?

Is The Price Not Right?

As per a recent infographic the Wall Street Journal released “the cost and market for mobile ads remains relatively small compared to other outlets like television and the Web.”

I realize these are estimates and best-guesses and all that but the infograph clearly shows that mobile ads are the least expensive medium for advertising at just $2.85 which is half the price of ads on the internet and ten times cheaper than those on tv.

And by no means am I stating that all marketers should suddenly shift all ad dollars into mobile. Of course not.

Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge proponent for creating an integrated marketing strategy.
The point is that marketers can obviously see the massive shift into mobilemarketing and mobile advertising. There is most assuredly a tremendous opportunity to set yourself apart from your competition by taking full advantage of the fact that more and more consumers are going mobile. And isn’t that Marketing 101? Be where your customers are. Get your message in front of the right people at the right time on the right platforms?

Sounds easy when I put it that way.

Ken: Well, for several years in the late 80's I had been looking for ways to turn the lottery to my advantage, and I studied a lot of material. It was an interesting period. You wouldn't believe the weird, off the wall theories out there. I even read one book that claimed several thousand people could 'will' the numbers they wanted through mass ESP - Extra Sensory Perception.

Q: Strange solutions indeed. How did you figure out your own system then?

Ken: Through a lot of hard thought and lateral thinking. It helped that my late father was a brilliant optical engineer, and some of his analytical mathematical abilities might have rubbed off me! When I found the "eureka" solution that seemed to work, I spent a further couple of years researching and checking it. Although at that time I had computers that might have sped the whole research process up, the Silver Lotto System doesn't actually work on patterned or computed numbers. So it had to be done by hand. Took a while.

Q: Why is your system so different that you couldn't use a computer?

Ken: I found that despite the blinding speed and computational abilities of modern systems even back then, no-one had actually come up with a way to predict a win from past draws. This was the breakthrough for me. It simply told me this: That no-one can actually predict winning numbers through analyzing and extrapolating past results. And when I realized this, it made my own system solution much more valuable as a result. So, although it took a while to figure out, suddenly I had found the 'missing link' to winning lotto.

Q: If you say that no-one can predict a win, how does your system work then?

Ken: The system works mainly by eliminating the millions of number combinations that won’t win. For example, you'll never see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in a winning draw... that is pretty unlikely. And there are countless other losing combinations too. My Silver Lotto System identifies these, leaving the potential winning combinations. Easy--once you know how!

Q. How is the Silver Lotto System different from other systems out there, like Wheeling?

Ken: Wheeling just gives a variety of number combinations. It doesn't make any distinction between good and bad number combinations, so most times you are wasting your money on the many poor number selections in them. Q: OK, that sounds good. But has anyone won with your system?

One of the main advantages with my system is that you can be winning moderate amounts WHILE you are waiting for the Big Win to come along--as it eventually will.



Q: Is waiting part of your system? Why can't we get the main prize straight off?

Ken: What many folks don’t realize is that when a system like mine can't predict a winning game, the next best thing is to 'wait in line' for your winning turn. So what you're doing here is still winning while you're waiting for the big one. The Silver Lotto System puts you in the win line, right up near the top of the queue. When the right combination of winning figures strikes - you will have the correct number combination to win it. The best thing about my system is that you don’t have to wait several thousand years - as one academic predicted for other systems. It could be just a small number of games before the right combination is hit.

Q: So we might have to be patient? That's hard to do!

Ken: Many people don’t have the patience to keep going, even when the draws go against them, but the real winners will persist. There's a story I read in a book about the first British Camelot lottery. Two partners in a double glazing window business took out over a thousand pounds a week (that's about US$1400) to play the game. They were almost broke at the 3 month mark, but - luckily for them then - they won several million pounds! This is an extreme example of how persistence pays off.

Q: I was going to bring that up, Ken. Is there another way we can win lotto quicker with your system?

Ken: Sure. Just increase the number of tickets you play. For example, when I play in my country, I buy 60-120 lines. My chance of winning is very much less if I were only able to take out 2 lines a game.

Q: Are you saying you've got to spend a fortune each week then?

Ken: Definitely not. Every single line using the Silver Lotto System gives you a better chance than any other system I know. But the more lines you have in each game, the higher your chances become. So if you can't afford many lines each week, you should maybe wait a month and play then what you were going to spend each week. But I emphasis to everybody playing any lotto game at all--make sure it is money you can afford to lose. Because it might take weeks before you make it back or get a major win.

Q: From your website and what you're saying here, you sure don’t sound like someone trying to sell your system. You've covered the downside of playing too.

Ken: Sure. Most other systems out there are highly optimistic about you winning, but they're mainly based on guesswork and wrongly-calculated maths. I believe mine is the first representation of what you can and can't do with a system.

Eine plötzliche Arbeitslosigkeit ist nicht nur ein emotionaler, sondern vor allem auch ein finanzieller Tiefschlag. Auf einmal hat man kein geregeltes Einkommen mehr und muss mit der oftmals viel zu geringen amtlichen Unterstützung streng haushalten. 



Das stellt jede Finanzplanung auf den Kopf. Damit Sie jedoch dabei nicht den Kopf verlieren, folgen nun einige Tipps und Tricks zur finanziellen Orientierung in der Arbeitslosigkeit.

1. Amtliche Unterstützung

   In den ersten 12 Monaten der Erwerbslosigkeit haben Sie Anspruch auf das sogenannte „Arbeitslosengeld I“, sofern Sie innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahre versicherungspflichtig beschäftigt waren und somit Beiträge für die Arbeitslosenversicherung gezahlt haben. Außerdem drohen Strafen in Form von Nichtzahlungen, wenn Sie sich nicht rechtzeitig als arbeitslos melden. Das Arbeitslosengeld I errechnet sich wie folgt: Alleinstehende erhalten 60% ihres vorherigen pauschalierten Nettoverdienstes. Personen mit minderjährigen Kindern erhalten 67%. Dabei muss der ehemalige Arbeitgeber den ehemaligen Verdienst schriftlich bescheinigen und bestätigen. Nach Ablauf eines Jahres hat man nur noch Anspruch auf das Arbeitslosengeld II, besser bekannt als das allseits gefürchtete Hartz IV. In Ausnahmefällen und bei Personen über 55 Jahren (da diese als schwer vermittelbar für neue Arbeit gelten), wird auch nach Ablauf der ersten 12 Monate das Arbeitslosengeld I weiter gezahlt. Während das Arbeitslosengeld I noch relativ „hoch“ ist mit 60% des früheren Einkommens, decken die Hartz IV- Sätze oftmals gerade eben das Existenzminimum ab. Sie sollten also in jedem Fall in der Zeit, in der sie das Arbeitslosengeld I beziehen jeden Monat etwas Geld beiseitelegen, falls Sie in dieser Zeit keine neue Arbeit finden und anschließend auf Hartz IV angewiesen sind. Wenn Sie dann tatsächlich nach einem Jahr erfolgsloser Jobsuche Hartz IV beziehen, sollten Sie einen präzisen Haushaltsplan führen und alle Ausgaben sorgfältig bedenken, damit das Geld jeden Monat ausreicht.

Die naheliegenste Lösung wäre ein Kredit. Nun, das scheint zunächst eine schnelle und einfache Lösung zu sein - ist es aber nicht. Denn: für Sie als Arbeitsloser ist es schier unmöglich einen Kredit zu erhalten. Banken vergeben generell keine Kredite an Arbeitslose, da diese in den Augen der Bank als „bonitätsschwach“ gelten. Bonitätsschwach bedeutet so viel wie „nicht vertrauenswürdig genug“. Natürlich gibt es auch noch andere Kreditmöglichkeiten als durch Banken, aber diese Möglichkeiten sind teilweise mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Gehen Sie auf keinen Fall auf dubiose Anzeigen im Internet oder in der Zeitung ein, die Ihnen das schnelle Geld versprechen, denn diese haben meistens einen Haken. Eine seriöser Alternative bieten da eher Onlineplattformen zur Vermittlung von Kredit von Privat an Privat. Auf diesen Plattformen vergeben Privatpersonen Kredite an andere Privatpersonen. Da dort keine Bank im Hintergrund steht, spielen Bonitätsnachweise keine Rolle und somit können auch Arbeitslose einen Kredit vermittelt bekommen. Diese Idee stammt aus den USA. Dort hat sich diese Art der Kreditvermittlung vor allem in der Wirtschaftskrise durchgesetzt. Ein deutscher Anbieter für solche Privatkredite ist die Internetplattform auxmoney.com. Falls Sie den alternativen Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten durch Kredite nicht trauen, bleibt Ihnen noch die Möglichkeit ein Darlehen bei Freunden und/oder Verwandten aufzunehmen. Jeder kann arbeitslos werden. Gerade in der Wirtschaftskrise. Deshalb sollten Sie, auch wenn Sie momentan einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag haben, immer etwas Geld beiseitelegen. Falls Sie dann doch mal in die Situation kommen, dass Sie tatsächlich arbeitslos werden, haben Sie für das finanzielle Loch bereits etwas vorgesorgt.
